Covalida Tech & Trust

Digital resilience and AI. Covalida Tech & Trust protects the part of the company that never sleeps — its data, its systems and its algorithms. This is the pillar that most clearly signals what COVALIDA is: a modern, forward-looking partner for digital trust, not a classic inspector. It carries the claim Trust your Core.

What it is

Covalida Tech & Trust certifies how a company keeps its digital operations secure and its AI trustworthy. Two forces meet here. The first is information security: the established, contractually demanded baseline for doing business at all. The second is AI governance: the fast-emerging discipline of managing artificial intelligence responsibly, which turns a compliance obligation into a competitive signal.

Where Covalida Core secures the processes underneath the company, Tech & Trust secures the systems that run on top of them. It is the pillar that proves to partners and regulators that the company's technology can be relied on.

The standards

Covalida Tech & Trust covers two ISO management-system standards — one the market already demands, one the market is only beginning to.

  • ISO 27001 — Information security. The hard B2B entry ticket. It is the recognized proof that information is managed securely, and it is often contractually required before a customer or partner will work with you. For many companies this is non-negotiable table stakes.
  • ISO 42001 — AI management system. The innovation flagship. The first management-system standard for artificial intelligence, it governs how AI is developed, deployed and overseen responsibly. It is where Covalida Tech & Trust demonstrates that COVALIDA is looking forward, not backward.

Two speeds, one pillar

ISO 27001 is the mandatory baseline; ISO 42001 is the forward bet. Design material so both read as one coherent offer — security you must have, AI governance you will be glad you have. The pairing is what makes this pillar feel current.

Beyond the "screw-checker" image

Traditional certification is associated with inspectors checking physical things against a checklist. Covalida Tech & Trust is the clearest break from that image. There is no screw to check here — the audit object is data and algorithms, and the value is trust in intangible systems.

This is why the pillar matters to the brand as a whole. It reframes COVALIDA from an authority that stamps objects into a strategic partner that secures the digital core. Keep the visual language accordingly: calm, premium, modern; the AI-chip icon and the teal palette, never the imagery of hard-hats, clipboards or inspection stamps. The tone is C-level confidence, not procedural box-ticking.

Audit object

The audit object is the management system, assessed under ISO/IEC 17021-1 — the same audit-object family as Covalida Core. Both certify systems rather than products or people; here the system in scope is information security or AI governance. See how audit objects map to norms on the Accreditation & Trust page.

Audience

Design Covalida Tech & Trust material for technology and security leadership:

  • CTO — owns the technology strategy, including how and where AI is adopted.
  • CISO — owns information security and the risk posture that ISO 27001 formalizes.

These readers face two pressures at once: contracts that demand ISO 27001 today, and boards asking how AI will be governed tomorrow. Speak to both, plainly. Take the fear out of the AI question rather than amplifying it.

The lockup

Write the pillar as the soft lockup Covalida Tech & Trust — "Covalida" as the calm lead, "Tech & Trust" as the emphasis, in Montserrat. Keep the ampersand; the phrase is a single unit. No separate logo, no boxed badge; the AI-chip icon and the words carry the meaning.

  • Correct: Covalida Tech & Trust
  • Avoid: "Tech & Trust by Covalida", "Covalida T&T", "TrustTech", or a recolored chip icon used as a stand-alone mark.

Covalida Tech & Trust shares the teal palette with every other pillar; it does not get its own brand color. The full lockup rules and the other four pillars are on the Brand Architecture overview.

Standards chips

For a compact standards strip on a slide, card or header, use the chip treatment shown in the At-a-glance card above:

  • ISO 27001
  • ISO 42001

Do not overclaim

COVALIDA is in the concept phase and is not accredited yet. Present ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 as the domains Covalida Tech & Trust is built to certify — never state or imply that certificates are already being issued or that accreditation is in place.
